Review: Crest 3D Whitestrips

Hi, all. Recently I received a free box from Influenster for a box of Crest 3D Whitestrips. I was definitely exited to use them - lets get on to the review!


First time using them:

After the first usage, I promptly went to bed. The next morning I had an aching sore on my gums directly above my teeth that had appeared. I haven't experienced a sore like that before so I was quite nervous that it was the 3D Whitestripes - and honestly, they probably were. My teeth and gums tend to be very sensitive and I don't think this is the right product for me. I also noticed that overall my gums were sort of red and irritated. After the second and third use, the swelling was no longer present and so I assume that my gums and teeth were used to it. However, I really disliked the taste of the strips. They tasted stale-like (if that makes sense) and just... not good. I also had a hard time actually getting them to stay put. They would slid around constantly when saliva was present, which it obviously always is, so they weren't very easy to use.

I noticed virtually no difference in my bottom teeth (not sure what went wrong there), but I admit that my top teeth and slightly whiter. I'm happy about that for sure, but to be honest I'm not interested in using these anymore!
